Machine setup

How our TCG machines are set up to vend

  1. 1
22 mm coil with a product pusher on a VTM TCG vending machine shelf

22 mm coils with product pushers

We designed a 22 mm coil with product pushers so booster packs vend successfully. The right-size coil keeps packs snug so they don't fall over. Packs loaded in a larger coil will not vend reliably.

  2. 2
Pokémon booster packs in top-loader cases loaded in a closed 22 mm coil on a VTM vending machine

    Coil closed, between 5 and 6 o'clock

Every machine ships with the coil in the closed position, between 5 and 6 o'clock, with the product pusher at the end. In that position the pusher gives the pack an extra boost so it doesn't hang on the ledge. It shouldn't need adjusting.

  3. 3
Front and back of a Pokémon booster pack in VTM top-loader cases

Every pack in a VTM top-loader case

We always recommend our case, both to protect the pack and to help it vend. It's sold on vtmvending.com and Vending Wholesale and measures 4" tall and 3" wide. The top of the pack sticks out, and that's by design: it's only the extra packaging, and all the cards sit safely inside. We recommend folding the extra packaging over and tucking it into the case. The shorter fit leaves enough clearance for the pack to vend and be recognized by the sensor.

Ordering

Wholesale Pokémon booster packs: how ordering works

Straight answers for operators stocking a card vending machine from this catalog.

How do I order wholesale booster packs from this page?
Add the packs you want to the cart in any quantity. There are no case minimums and no distributor application, so an order of single packs across several sets is normal. Orders ship nationwide from in-stock inventory.
What is the difference between the pack listings and the booster box listings?
English and Japanese sets are sold by the pack. The Chinese sets are sold as full booster boxes, and each title shows the pack count and the cost per pack: Gem Pack Vol. 4 is 18 packs at $37.70, about $2.09 per pack, while Black Crystal Blazing, Chasing Glory Together, and Stellar Crystal are 15 packs each. Every box page shows the operator math at an $8 vend price.
What does a wholesale booster pack cost?
Current sets typically run $7 to $12 per pack. Premium and vintage sets such as Prismatic Evolutions, Hidden Fates, and Evolving Skies cost more. Every listing shows its live price, and prices move with the market.
Which sets should I stock first?
Stock across tiers so the machine has something at every price point: value-tier volume sets, mid-tier current hits, and a few chase-tier packs. The stocking and pricing guide covers the three-tier layout and how often to restock.
Who can buy at these prices?
Pokémon TCG card pricing is reserved for VTM Vending machine customers. No business license is required to order. If you do not have a machine yet, the machines are sold at VTM Vending.
Are the packs sealed, or could they be weighed and searched?
Every pack is guaranteed authentic, sealed, and shipped exactly as received. Nothing is weighed, searched, resealed, or hand-picked, which is what keeps the full manufacturer pull odds in your machine.
Can I buy tax-free for resale?
Yes. Licensed resellers can submit a resale certificate on the resale tax exemption page to buy tax-free.
