Top-Loader Vending Cases, 50 Pack | Fits Pokémon Booster Packs

Every Pokemon booster pack vended through a VTM machine should be protected in one of these rigid top-loader cases. Sealed booster packs simply don't vend well without them. A premium 180pt shell keeps corners crisp and artwork on display all the way down the coil. This listing is for a pack of 50 cases.

22mm & 35mm Coil Ready

Sized to drop cleanly and stay upright through a VTM 22mm or 35mm precision coil.

3" × 4" · 180pt Rigid

Heavy-duty premium-grade shell that opens on the short side for fast top-down loading.

Booster Pack Ready

Holds sealed Pokemon booster packs or any standard trading card pack of roughly 10 cards.

Why Pokemon Booster Packs Need Top-Loader Cases

Sealed Pokemon booster packs are nearly weightless and have flexible foil corners, the exact wrong shape for a standard vending coil. Without a case, packs tend to arrive with damaged corners. That's the design problem most card vending kiosks "solve" with the robotic elevator arm.

VTM took a different path: fix the coil, fix the case, kill the elevator. The 22mm and 35mm precision coils hold each cased pack upright on the way down. The rigid 180pt plastic top-loader absorbs the drop and protects the artwork. Same protected pack delivery, fraction of the cost.

Frequently Asked Questions

Will these top-loader cases fit any Pokemon booster pack or just Pokemon?

These are sized for standard booster pack dimensions, which fits sealed Pokemon, Magic: The Gathering, One Piece, Lorcana, Yu-Gi-Oh, and most baseball and sports trading card packs.

What size are these toploaders?

Each is a 3" × 4" rigid clear case rated at 180pt premium heavy-duty thickness. It opens on the short side and fits standard 2.5" × 3.5" cards as well as sealed booster packs.

Where do I buy Pokemon cards to load into my VTM vending machine?

VTM operators source sealed Pokemon booster packs at vending margins from our wholesale collection, sized specifically for the 22mm and 35mm coils. Browse current sets here: Pokemon booster packs for VTM vending.

Why do I need top-loader cases for Pokemon vending?

Sealed Pokemon packs are too thin to vend safely without protection. The case prevents corner dings during the drop, eliminates jams, and gives buyers a premium retail feel that justifies the $7 to $45 pack price. Read the full engineering breakdown: Why Pokemon Vending Machines Are So Expensive.

Will top-loader cases slow down dispensing or cause jams?

No. The case is engineered to drop smoothly through the 22mm or 35mm coil. Tested across all VTM machine models. Customers see the pack artwork clearly through the case during dispensing.

The case every pack rides in

VTM machines vend booster packs through a specialized 22mm coil instead of an elevator or robotic arm, and the rigid top-loader case is what keeps a sealed pack from bending or jamming on the way down. Every VTM trading card machine below is built around this coil-and-case system. The machines are sold at VTM Vending.

How it vends

22mm coil, product pusher, top-loader case

VTM machines do not need an elevator or a robotic arm to deliver cards. A specialized 22mm coil paired with a rigid top-loader pack case does the job, and a product pusher keeps the row feeding forward. Traditional trading card kiosks move product with robotic arms or elevator systems and run $10,000 to $20,000 before you vend a single pack. VTM engineered a purpose-built coil that relies on proven spiral vending, so the lineup runs $2,850 to $5,000.

The same coil, case, and pusher system is sized to each machine's tray. Wall-mounted machines come with a mounting bracket and hardware and can also be bolted to a pedestal stand to stand on the floor. Machines ship unwrapped; TCG wraps are sold separately at VTM Vending.

Operator questions

Running a VTM machine

Do I need a license to operate a Pokémon vending machine?
No. Pokémon trading card products are unregulated consumer goods. You do not need age verification, special licensing, or franchise approval, which makes card vending far simpler than age-restricted categories like vape or alcohol. If you can run a vending route, you can run Pokémon vending.
Is it legal to sell Pokémon cards from a vending machine?
Yes. Under the United States First Sale Doctrine, the lawful purchaser of a genuine product can resell it through any legal retail channel without permission from the brand owner. Sealed product bought through legitimate channels can be resold on shelves, in kiosks, and in vending machines.
Can I manage my machines remotely?
Yes. VTM Software gives you real-time sales, inventory, and pricing control from any device. You can adjust prices, see which rows are running low, pull revenue reports, and track several locations without visiting a machine.
What payment methods do VTM machines accept?
Every machine ships with Nayax VPOS Touch payment hardware that accepts credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and cash. Payment processing costs 3.5% plus 20¢ per transaction, with real-time reporting through Nayax and VTM Software.
How much does it cost to run a VTM machine per month?
The software is free for the first 3 months, then $29 per machine per month. You also pay location commission (typically 10% of revenue), payment processing (3.5% plus 20¢ per transaction), and a small amount of electricity. The machine itself you own outright.
Where do Pokémon vending machines perform best?
High-foot-traffic locations with a mix of impulse buyers and collectors: gas stations, convenience stores, arcades, bowling alleys, family entertainment centers, hobby shops, and mall kiosks. Locations with younger customers and families tend to outperform a standard convenience store.
